• 1. Workshop Bookings:
  • All bookings for workshops are final. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
  • We do not offer refunds for missed workshops, no-shows, or cancellations.
• 2. Rescheduling:
  • If you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, you may reschedule your session to another date, subject to availability, provided that you contact us at least 2 days prior to the original workshop date.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 1 day of the workshop date will not be accommodated.
• 3. Cancellation by Mitiwaala:
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to apply the payment to a future workshop.
  • We reserve the right to cancel workshops with insufficient enrollment and will notify participants in advance.
• 4. Special Circumstances:
  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a special situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you, though we cannot guarantee a refund or rescheduling.
